Last updated: 25/09/2026

1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Beamzi Gaming Merch website and online store (the “Site”) and to any orders you place with us.

Beamzi Gaming Merch (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells gaming merchandise for the MM2 gaming community, including hoodies, t‑shirts, hats and accessories. Our store is hosted on the Wix platform.

If you have any questions about these Terms, you can contact us at:
**Email:** itsbeamzi@gmail.com

By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using our Site

You agree to:

- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to damage, hack or disrupt the Site
- Not use the Site in a way that could harm us or other users

We may suspend or stop access to the Site if we believe you are breaking these Terms or any law.

The Site may not always be available (for example, during maintenance or technical issues). We try to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be error‑free or available at all times.

3. Accounts and security

You may be able to create an account to save your details and view your orders.

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your login details and password safe
- Making sure your account information is accurate and up to date
- All activity that happens under your account

If you think someone else has accessed your account, please change your password and contact us as soon as possible.

We may close or suspend accounts that are misused or used in breach of these Terms.

4. Products and information

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but:

- Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen
- Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing
- Designs may be updated or changed over time

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop offering certain products at any time.

5. Prices, taxes and changes

All prices shown on the Site are in [currency, e.g. GBP] unless stated otherwise.

- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
- Prices may or may not include taxes depending on your location; any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout where possible.
- Shipping costs and any other charges will be shown separately at checkout.

We try to ensure prices are correct, but mistakes can happen. If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered:

- We will contact you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
- If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.

6. Orders and how a contract is formed

6.1 Placing an order

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart under these terms.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

6.2 Order confirmation

After you place an order, you will usually receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email is not yet our acceptance of your order.

 6.3 Acceptance and contract

A contract between you and us is formed only when:

- We accept your order, and
- We start processing or shipping your products, and/or
- We send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed or shipped.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if:

- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or description error
- We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- We believe the order is fraudulent or linked to misuse of the Site

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full for the cancelled items.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by third‑party payment providers (for example, card processors or digital wallets). We do not store your full payment card details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

- You are authorised to use the payment method
- The information you provide is accurate and complete

Your order will not be processed until payment has been authorised. If your payment is not successful, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Any refunds will usually be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise.

8. Shipping and delivery

We work with print‑on‑demand and shipping partners to produce and deliver your orders.

8.1 Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by:

- Your location
- Carrier delays
- Customs checks
- Busy periods (for example, holidays or sales)

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (see section 14).

8.2 Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs to resend it.

8.3 Customs and import charges

If you order from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees set by your local authorities. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

9. Print‑on‑demand products

Many of our products are made to order using print‑on‑demand partners (such as Printful, Printify and similar providers).

This means:

- Items are produced specifically for you after you place an order
- Small variations in print placement, colour or size may occur
- Production times may vary depending on the product and partner

Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited (see section 10).

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Your legal rights depend on where you live. The following is a general policy and does not affect any rights you may have under local consumer laws.

10.1 If you change your mind

Because many of our products are made to order and personalised to your selection (design, size, colour), we may not be able to accept returns if you simply change your mind.

However, please contact us if you are unhappy with your order and we will do our best to help.

10.2 Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive:

- A faulty or damaged item, or
- The wrong item compared to your order

please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3 days of delivery) with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Where appropriate, we may:

- Offer a replacement, or
- Offer a refund, or
- Ask you to return the item (we will tell you how to do this)

We may not be able to help if you have damaged the item yourself (for example, through misuse, washing outside the care instructions, or normal wear and tear).

10.3 How refunds are made

If we agree to a refund, it will usually be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

11. Gift cards

We may offer digital or physical gift cards.

- Gift cards can usually be used only on our Site and only in the currency stated.
- Gift cards may have an expiry date; please check the specific terms when you buy or receive a gift card.
- Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
- Gift cards cannot usually be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

If you use a gift card and then return an item, any refund may be issued back to a gift card or store credit, subject to our policies and local laws.

12. Discount codes and promotions

From time to time we may offer discount codes, coupons or promotions.

- Each code or promotion will have its own terms (for example, expiry date, minimum spend, eligible products).
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless we state otherwise.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, as long as this does not affect orders we have already accepted.

If you cancel or return an order that used a discount code, the value of the discount may not be refunded.

13. User reviews and content

You may be able to leave reviews, comments or other content on our Site or social channels.

By posting content, you agree that:

- Your content is honest, lawful and not misleading
- You will not post anything abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or that infringes anyone’s rights
- You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, display, reproduce, modify and share your content in connection with our Site, products and marketing (for example, showing your review on product pages or social media), in any media and for any period we reasonably need

We may remove or edit content that we believe breaks these rules or is otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for any content you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

14. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site:

- For any unlawful purpose
- To send spam or unauthorised advertising
- To upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
- To copy, scrape or harvest data from the Site without our permission
- In any way that could damage, disable or overburden the Site

We may take any action we consider appropriate (including closing your account or blocking access) if we believe you are misusing the Site.

15. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may:

- View and use the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only

You may not, without our prior written permission:

- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Site or its content
- Use our name, logo or designs in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership where none exists

Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership rights in the Site or its content.

16. Our responsibility to you (liability)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

To the extent allowed by law:

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable when you use the Site or place an order.
- We are not responsible for any business losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill. Our Site and products are provided for personal, non‑commercial use by consumers.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

Your legal rights as a consumer (if applicable) are not affected by this section.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:

- Strikes, lock‑outs or other industrial action
- Power or internet failures
- Fire, flood, storm or other natural events
- War, terrorism or civil unrest
- Epidemics, pandemics or government restrictions
- Failures of our suppliers, carriers or service providers

If such an event affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will:

- Contact you as soon as reasonably possible, and
- Take reasonable steps to reduce the impact

If the delay is long or we cannot fulfil your order, we may cancel it and refund any amounts you have paid.

18. Links to other websites

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services that we do not control.

We are not responsible for:

- The content, policies or practices of those sites
- Any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them

You should read the terms and privacy policies of any third‑party sites you visit.

19. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update or change:

- The Site, including products, prices and content
- These Terms

We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.

If we make important changes that affect your rights or obligations, we may also notify you by email or by showing a notice on the Site.

By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

20. How we contact you

We may contact you by:

- Email
- Messages in your account area (if you have one)
- Notices on the Site

Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your orders and important information.

21. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non‑exclusive jurisdiction. This means you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts if consumer laws in your country give you that right.
